All the items for sale in Pretty Goods are handmade and unique, unless otherwise stated in the item description.
Every item has been made to a high standard. The fabrics have all been checked for faults and blemishes, but as most items have been made from vintage and recycled materials some elements of wear or fading may be noticed.
Pretty Goods products are made in vintage or recycled fabrics, although some items may be made in quality modern fabrics. All fabrics used will be listed in the item description.
Vintage and recycled fabrics have been laundered before making up into products.
As the products are unique, exact duplicates will probably not be available, so should you require more than one of a kind, please contact Pretty Goods to check if that is possible.
All items in the shop are in stock and available to purchase at the price shown.
Payment is by Paypal. Goods are not posted until payment has been received.
Please allow up to 14 days delivery. However Pretty Goods will endeavour to deliver within 4 working days on receipt of payment.
Bespoke or special order items will take longer, please allow up to 28 days.
Pretty Goods will ship overseas, please contact us for details and post and packing costs.
Pretty Goods will not use your personal information for any other purpose other than sending your items. Your information will not be disclosed to a third party.

Paypal is a secure, and immediate, on-line banking service; you do not need to have an account with Paypal to purchase items and all credit/debit cards are accepted.
When payment has been received by Pretty Goods, the order will be dispatched.
Postage cost for any item/s shipped to a UK or Channel Island address is £3.50
The postage and packing amount will be added at the end of your order, so you can see the charges before you commit to buying.
All orders will be dispatched within 3/4 working days, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
Bespoke or special orders - allow up to 28 days.
Please allow 15 days before notifying Pretty Goods if a parcel has not arrived. A claim will then be made with the Post Office. A refund or replacement will be offered should the item not be found.
Pretty Goods is able to deliver overseas, but please contact Pretty Goods for delivery costs.
Please be aware that your country's usual duties and taxes will apply and that the buyer is responsible for paying all of these upon collection or delivery.
If, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your item, and you wish to return it, please notify Pretty Goods within 48 hours of receiving the order and return it within 7 days. Goods must be returned in the original packaging and at the buyers expense to the address on the
contact us page.
A refund will be made via the source of the initial payment. Return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
Please obtain proof of posting when returning an item to Pretty Goods.
Please adhere to these guidelines when returning goods, as we cannot be responsible for not receiving returned items.
